Please don’t get us wrong
This is not a you-can-do-everything-if-you-believe-in-yourself-workshop.
But our training will raise your sensitivity to your limits (possibly those you didn’t even know you had), give you an approach to step over them and uncover a new way of being where you are indeed fully ignited.
This is our promise.
No more grand pronouncements of superhuman transformation. This is a training based on clarity and taking one concrete step at a time down a new path.
Forget the magic zone. Where is your stretch zone?
7 modes of being in our training
(in no particular order)
- Storytelling (usually in the arena to plenum but not always)
- Sparring (no committee meetings- vibrant exchanges)
- Living It Out (acting out scenarios/realities we’d like to embody.. big stretch here in front of group or in teams with me)
- Inner Reflection (time by oneself to muse on a question)
- Scripting (people in front of a ‘canvas’, charting story, scripting the events)
- Discussion (closely guided for aliveness, coming back together in cognition/closed mode for planning/clarifying/structuring)
- Playing* (warmups, improv games to refresh/recharge, splash time)
*of course other modes include play as a vital part of the approach
